Overview

Sodexo is inviting expressions of interest from skilled and experienced tradespeople to join our full-time Facility Maintenance Relief Team (FM Relief Team). This role will involve working on an 8:6 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster (eight days on, six days off) across remote sites in Western Australia. As a member of the FM Relief Team, you will have the unique opportunity to travel and work across various sites, providing support to our Facilities Maintenance Teams in the Pilbara region.

Success in this role requires adaptability and a willingness to embrace change. We are looking for motivated, self-driven tradespeople to perform maintenance and preventive work across residential, village, and mine site facilities.

We seek individuals who are experts in their trade and passionate about delivering outstanding results in dynamic and challenging environments.
