Overview

Socure is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join our Digital Intelligence team to drive the development of machine learning features and models for fraud prevention and identity verification.

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning systems for device identification and fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with large-scale databases.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in live systems.
• Proficiency in Python and distributed computing tools.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with real-world noisy datasets and validation techniques.
• Strong judgment across data quality and model selection.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
