Overview

If you want to apply your knowledge and skills in a part-time job while also acquiring life skills, the working student program at Society College may be for you!

In Short

• Work at a public or private organization for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Experience different environments every six months to discover what suits you best.
• Contribute to existing teams or take on specific projects.
• Receive intensive guidance from a workplace supervisor and talent coach.
• Build a valuable network for your future.
• Participate in a unique development program including events, workshops, and coaching.
• Learn what you won’t learn in school.
• Discover your unique talents and how to develop them.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Currently pursuing or have completed an HBO or WO degree.
• Must have completed at least 90 ECTS credits.
• Energetic about teamwork and building strong relationships.
• Curious, brave, and eager to take on challenges.
• Value personal development and are open to growth.
• Empathetic and able to understand diverse perspectives.
• Resilient and motivated to grow through challenges.
