• We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Software Engineer for our core platform team.

• You will partner with the Head of Engineering to set technical direction.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, overseeing code quality and release processes.
• Drive architectural decisions and implementation strategies.
• Plan and oversee production releases and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product to shape feature priorities.
• Champion DevOps best practices and internal developer productivity tools.
• Contribute to engineering hiring and process improvements.
• Work in a fully remote environment within approved states.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience (Node.js + AWS).
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development.
• Strong background in designing and scaling backend services and APIs.
• Experience managing production infrastructure in a serverless environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical execution with business goals.
