SOCi, the marketing platform for multi-location brands, is currently on the lookout for a Sr. Product Designer with a profound understanding of connecting large platforms and poses the ability to think through complex systems, ready to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences on our rapidly growing design team and help bring our vision to life. • Lead the design of intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and studies.
• Proficient in high-fidelity design creation and tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Identify user issues and business goals to define design opportunities.

• Lead a user-focused design process from ideation to execution.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and promote design best practices.
• Use data and analytics to support design decisions.

Requirements

• Ability to work 100% remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in social media management is a plus.
• A passion for the little big details.
