The Head of Biostatistics will lead the US Statistical Sciences team, providing support and development for team members while contributing to clinical and regulatory strategies in drug development.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Mathematical Statistics or equivalent
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in phase III development
• Experience in regulatory interactions
• Preferred background in rare diseases or immunology
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good project management and organizational skills
• High scientific and ethical integrity
