Account Manager - Client Relations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Client Relations to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

In Short

• Research and identify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, and other tools.
• Market available consultants (bench candidates) to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify and submit consultants to relevant job requirements on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT consulting space.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in IT consulting or related services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
