Overview

The Junior Training Multimedia Developer will support the Online Training team by designing and developing digital media assets for online training solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Learning Design preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience with 3D modelling using Blender.
• Understanding of design principles and media development.
• Experience creating multi-media content to facilitate learning.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
