Senior Agile Lead - Remote

Overview

The Agile Lead is a pivotal role in the successful development, delivery, and implementation of Smile’s healthcare interoperability platform to customers. This position focuses on facilitating agile practices and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered efficiently.

• Collaborate on the evolution of the product delivery framework.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
• Active agile practitioner certification (CSM, A-CSM, PSM, etc.).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure builds and software development.
• In-depth understanding of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Healthcare technology experience preferred.
