Overview

The Technical Managed Services Consultant at SmartRecruiters is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and HRIT. This role requires a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise, project management, and customer relationship management.

• Main point of contact for automation and integrations between SmartRecruiters and customers' technical ecosystems.
• Part of SmartRecruiters' Hiring Success Team, ensuring customers achieve hiring success.
• Assigned to a restricted group of customers for custom integrations and automation.
• Assist customers during the Business as Usual (BAU) phase, monitoring and troubleshooting integrations.
• Responsible for a backlog of questions and enhancement requests related to HCM Connectors.
• Proactively monitor integrations and automation, identifying common failures or improvements.
• Plan delivery of integrations and enhancements based on customer allocation.
• Build integrations and automation enhancements using no-code platforms.
• Develop professional expertise and apply company policies to resolve issues.
• Build productive internal and external working relationships.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Developer is a must-have.
• Experience in building integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration capabilities, including APIs and HCM Connectors.
• Technical proficiency in HTTP, APIs, WebServices, and familiarity with HRIS Systems.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, SAML, etc.).
• Solid understanding of coding principles.
• Experience with ETL and middleware tools (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft).
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
