SmartRecruiters is seeking an experienced Python Engineer to join their Chat group, focusing on innovative, data-driven recruiting products powered by AI systems.

In Short

Requirements

5+ years in back-end development with Python.
Experience with modern RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed software systems.
Familiarity with AWS and Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of test automation techniques.
Good English communication skills (B2/C1).
Experience in building AI agents is a plus.
