Overview

We are looking for an HR Admin & office specialist to join our finance team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks.

In Short

  • At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
  • A University degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise with financial accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience in travel tech, hospitality, or finance departments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

Requirements

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
  • Provide support to staff regarding payroll and related issues.
  • Manage employee contributions and benefits.
  • Oversee staff expense reimbursement reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Assist admin manager with ad-hoc projects.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies.
  • Handle purchasing of office equipment.
