We are looking for a creative and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to work on our suite of cutting-edge in-house machine learning based services. This is a great match for you, if you are excited by learning, discussing, and using the latest techniques in the NLP space to build models and applications that can meet our platform's various linguistic needs.

In Short

• Research and understand linguistic characteristics of various locales and languages around the world
• Pre-processing data via Python
• Feature engineering and model construction
• Model training and validation via various Python libraries
• Evaluating ML models once deployed
• Collaborate with product/engineering team to deliver high quality features
• Advise other teams on AI/ML features for the platform
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices
• Maintain a strong home office setup for remote work

Requirements

• BS+ degree in computer science, machine learning, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Python (3+ years experience required)
• Expert-level understanding of statistics and probability
• Expert knowledge of deep learning libraries - Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Experience in data analytics with a deep understanding of statistics
• Experience using various NLP techniques
• Know your way around a relational database
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A home office setup conducive for working remotely
• Proficient in written and spoken English
