Senior Product Manager, Core Product - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for SmarterDx, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and enhancement of SmarterDx’s core product offering, collaborating across teams to maximize the velocity of solving important user problems and enhancing decision-making.

In Short

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market.
• Identify high priorities based on user needs and value.
• Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Write and standardize product and technical documentation.
• Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
• Develop a roadmap of product enhancements and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate your strategic vision for the product to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in an early-stage company or fast-paced environment.
• 2-3+ years in the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
• Experience managing both external and internal stakeholders.
