Overview

As a Front-End Developer at Smart Working, you will focus on building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications while being part of a supportive remote-first community.

In Short

Build fast, accessible UIs for web and mobile using TypeScript + React/Next.js.
Translate designs into reusable components and manage complex client state.
Integrate with APIs for data-rich analytics and reporting experiences.
Drive frontend testing and optimize performance against Core Web Vitals.
Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in product UI roles.
4+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
3+ years of experience with Next.js.
3+ years of experience in state management.
2+ years of testing experience with React Testing Library.
2+ years of experience in performance profiling and optimization.
2+ years of experience in building scalable UI with CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.
