Frontend Developer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a front-end developer who not only knows how to build beautiful interfaces but also understands the importance of performance, maintainability, and debugging.

In Short

• Lead the front-end development team, assigning tasks and overseeing progress.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Design and Backend teams to define key elements of a project.
• Build responsive, fast loading, visually polished websites on CMS.
• Ensure visual fidelity across breakpoints, states, and devices.
• Continuously improve existing projects, adding features and refining functionality.
• Optimize sites for speed and stability.
• Contribute to code architecture decisions.
• Participate in planning and execution of the website development strategy.
• Work closely with the Technology Lead and UX/UI Design Lead.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, or SASS.
• Strong JavaScript skills for complex challenges.
• Strong debugging skills for cross-browser performance issues.
• Experience with frameworks like Vue, React, or Svelte.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Sharp eye for visual detail and user interaction.
• Proficient in English.
