Overview

As an Expert Solutions Project Manager, you will lead client projects, helping them set up brand-compliant libraries and optimize their use of our Asset Management Platform.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end client projects.
• Run client meetings to gather project requirements.
• Offer structured recommendations and guidance.
• Review and optimize templates across Office suite.
• Create brand guidelines and best practice materials.
• Upload and organize materials into client libraries.
• Deliver basic training to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to improving workflows and internal documentation.
• Work remotely from Portugal.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Strong visual sense and eye for design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint is highly valued.
• Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
