Lead Production Engineer - Remote

Overview

As the Lead Production Engineer at Sleeper, you’ll do more than keep our systems running—you’ll lead the charge. This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you’ll own the stability and polish of our platform while guiding a small team of Production Engineers in their day-to-day efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a lead or mentorship role.
• Strong technical depth in modern languages like JavaScript, Python, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Ability to triage and resolve production issues effectively.
• Experience in code reviews and mentoring engineers.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and user experience.
• Bonus: Experience in high-traffic consumer apps or gaming.
