Amazon Growth Mentor - Remote

Overview

Skyve builds and scales health, wellness, and better-for-you food brands in Germany and across the EU - primarily on Amazon. We are looking for an Amazon Growth Mentor: a senior, hands-on expert who helps us increase Revenue and Profit through better advertising efficiency, stronger product pages, smarter pricing and promotions, and disciplined experimentation.

In Short

• Diagnose performance across our Amazon portfolio and identify the true drivers of sales and profit changes.
• Set weekly priorities and a clear execution plan for the Jr. Performance Analyst.
• Provide expert guidance on Amazon advertising strategy.
• Guide product page conversion improvements.
• Guide A/B testing strategy.
• Guide pricing and promotion strategy to improve profitability.
• Review weekly reporting and coach the Jr. Analyst.
• Support the founder team with high-level recommendations.
• Build and refine simple operating systems for ads optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon growth experience.
• Deep expertise in Amazon advertising.
• Strong product page optimization skills.
• Strong understanding of pricing and promotions on Amazon.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Reliable, async-first communication.
• Experience in supplements or better-for-you foods is a plus.
• Experience across EU marketplaces is a plus.
