• Create persuasive and engaging texts for various formats including social media posts, videos, emails, newsletters, messages, and push notifications.
• Customize messages based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure message and image consistency.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously evaluate and improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure all produced content aligns with brand voice, tone, and values.
• Analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for strategy optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Linguistics, Literature, or Communication.
• Proven experience in SEO, storytelling, creative writing, and copywriting formulas like AIDA, PAS, PASTOR.
• Experience with projects that include multiple countries.
• Skills: originality, creativity, oral and written communication, versatile writing, research, and analytical ability.
• Desirable: Experience with eCommerce or Startups, and digital products across different countries.
