In Short

• Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee video advertising campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.) with a focus on ROI and storytelling.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) to drive acquisition and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance, using data to continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with influencer marketing strategies.
• Solid understanding of video advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of paid social media and Google Ads.
