Overview

The Director of Provider Platform plays a critical role in operationalizing SkinSpirit’s Provider Platform and Clinic growth strategy, assisting in shaping business frameworks, tools, and decision models that power planning, coaching, and performance management across the organization.

• Lead the operational strategy for SkinSpirit’s Provider Platform.
• Develop frameworks for provider productivity and clinic utilization.
• Collaborate with finance and HR for workforce planning.
• Monitor P&L benchmarks and operational expenses.
• Build decision tools for performance interventions.
• Support business development and coaching sessions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Manage strategic partnerships across departments.
• Ensure tools are grounded in sound business logic.
• Provide performance insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy, analytics, or finance.
• Experience in multi-unit or franchise environments.
• Proven track record with P&L analysis and productivity benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Comfortable with HRIS and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare preferred.
• MBA or master’s in business Analytics preferred.
