Red/Blue Team Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Red/Blue Team Engineer, with experience supporting USCYBERCOM Cyber Mission Force.

In Short

• Provide support to both Red/Blue cells by developing solutions for conducting network exploitation operations.
• Collaborate with management staff to determine the organizations’ networking needs.
• Present network plans to management staff.
• Oversee the network implementation process.
• Ensure that all network systems are functioning properly and that the network infrastructure is optimized.
• Plan, design, and evaluate mission networks.
• Support acquisition of software and hardware for cyber range environments.

Requirements

• Experience planning for new initiatives and expanding network architecture.
• Experience documenting solutions/blueprints for network schemas and cyber operation tools.
• Expertise in designing, modeling, securing networks.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and recommending modifications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours.
• 8-12 years of experience as a network architect/engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
