Team Lead SOC - Remote

Overview

As a Team Lead in our SOC, you will support our Cyber Defence Center and lead a highly qualified team of IT security experts, building an effective Threat Intelligence system and ensuring smooth communication during security incidents.

In Short

• Lead and develop the Cyber Defence Team, coordinate Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Forensics.
• Build and maintain a Threat Intelligence system, lead Incident Response, and analyze security incidents.
• Ensure effective communication during security incidents and collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements and cybersecurity best practices.
• Develop and conduct training to raise employee awareness of phishing and social engineering attacks.
• Support the presales process and onboarding of new clients in the Cyber Defence area.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in leading security operations, ideally in a Cyber Defence Center or SOC.
• Solid knowledge in network security, threat analysis, IT forensics, and incident management.
• Experience with common security tools (e.g., SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security).
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and independent working style with strong communication skills in German and English.
