  • In your first 2-3 months: Get brought up-to-speed with the IAM world, get hands-on training for both hard skills and soft skills that are necessary to become successful in this field.
  • The next couple of months: Follow a team-specific deep-dive track into your respective specialism.
  • After that: You are fully imbedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist within your field.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated or in the early stages of your career and are curious about cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management.
  • You enjoy thinking of solutions and thinking outside the box.
  • You are a strong communicator, dedicated and love working in a team.
  • Business proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • You obtained a bachelor's degree in a relevant field including, but not limited to: Business IT & Management, Cybersecurity, Information technology, ICT.
  • You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands / Belgium to qualify for this role.
