Information Security Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Information Security Consultant, you will work with a great team to build a secure digital future and provide tailored advice to clients on security concepts.

In Short

• Consult clients on the creation, implementation, and review of security concepts.
• Conduct IT risk analyses and develop security standards and processes.
• Proactively identify client needs and document processes.
• Design individual solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Support the implementation and development of ISMS for clients.
• Improve information security by initiating and monitoring recommended actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related IT field with relevant experience in IT security.
• Experience in implementing and developing information security management systems according to BSI IT-Grundschutz and/or ISO27001.
• Knowledge in creating IT security, emergency, and operational concepts.
• Audit experience and relevant certifications in BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• Project management knowledge (e.g., PRINCE2) is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and responsibility in project leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
