• Full-time position based in Australia.
• Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $160,000-200,000.
• Over 5 years experience as a full-stack engineer required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, and Angular or React preferred.
• Experience with MongoDB and AWS is a bonus.
• You will be part of a diverse and accessible team.

Requirements

• Over 5 years experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Key architectural and technical decision-making experience.
• Proactive identification of technical debt and performance issues.
• Strong frontend skills including CSS.
• Experience with building no/low-code automation products is a bonus.
• Understanding of the open API ecosystem and best practices.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace the unknown in early-stage projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
