Senior Indirect Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Indirect Tax Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Company’s indirect tax compliance, audit management, and tax-related customer service efforts.

In Short

• Lead all indirect tax activities including best practices and internal controls.
• Manage 3rd party return preparer services and tax calendars.
• Act as a trusted advisor to various departments on indirect and property tax issues.
• Review and approve tax clause wording related to vendor contracts.
• Develop and maintain procedures for calculation and payment of use tax.
• Prepare and manage indirect and property tax forecasts.
• Review indirect and property tax liability reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain exemption certificate processes for vendors and customers.
• Manage all indirect and property tax audits, internally or with 3rd party assistance.
