Deliverability Advocacy Specialist - Remote

Overview

Sinch Email is looking for a Deliverability Advocacy Specialist to join our growing team! This role is crucial to ensuring our customers are happy and have the best delivery possible on the Mailgun and Mailjet email platforms. As a member of this team, you will be an advocate for email practices to teammates, customers and the email community, while resolving reputation issues on our platforms.

In Short

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Represent Sinch Email at industry events such as M3AAWG.
• Collaborate with Deliverability Services teams for client support.
• Produce insightful deliverability-related content with the Marketing team.
• Work with the Reputation Engineering team to improve the platform.
• Measure and improve the reputation of the sending infrastructure.
• Investigate and remediate delivery issues with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in email deliverability and advocacy.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in content creation for various mediums.
• Knowledge of reputation management in email systems.
