In Short

• Own the product design process, from research to execution.
• Collaborate with product & engineering teams on product direction.
• Simplify complex design challenges with user-friendly concepts.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and flows to convey ideas.
• Leverage data tools to research and measure design flows.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the design process.
• Present design decisions and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to participate in high-level strategy discussions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends and UX patterns.
