In Short

• Conduct 45-minute coding sessions with candidates.
• Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.
• Use Coderbyte and Ashby for candidate assessment.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Startup or equivalent.
• Experience passing Live coding interviews.
• Fluent in a popular backend language (javascript, python, ruby, etc).
• Fluent in Frontend and React for Frontend Challenges.
• Participate in the Silver.dev Technical Interview + Screening process.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience or more in a Product Startup or equivalent experience.
• Experience passing Live coding interviews at companies.
• Fluent in a popular language (javascript, python, ruby, etc) for Backend Challenges.
• Fluent in Frontend and React for Frontend Challenges.
