Overview

Fuse Finance is a high-growth startup based in New York City, focused on building next-generation low-code tools for financial services. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance our AWS-based platform's availability, performance, and security.

In Short

• Design and manage secure AWS architectures.
• Lead patching and manage secrets using AWS tools.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with security gates and automated testing.
• Set up monitoring and alerts for infrastructure.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and align with compliance frameworks.
• Own incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS and secure cloud architecture.
• Strong Linux expertise and networking knowledge.
• Experience automating infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and SOC 2 workflows.
• Experience with monitoring systems and on-call responsibilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication.
