Sr. Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote position. Candidate must be based in the Lebanon, IN area. The role involves installing and providing on-demand/scheduled service and training for general-purpose equipment.

In Short

• Perform installation and service for industrial equipment.
• Daily travel with frequent overnight stays.
• Document service activities and expenses accurately.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain effective customer relationships.
• Coordinate pre-installation meetings with customers.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and service bulletins.
• Work with inventory sourcing levels for assigned equipment.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Technical College Degree.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, and PLC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Desirable: Professional courses in electrical or mechanical fields.
