Sr. Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

This position involves providing on-demand and scheduled service and training for general-purpose equipment, requiring daily travel and frequent overnight stays.

• Daily travel required, with drive times ranging from 1 to 6 hours.
• Document service activities and manage schedules accurately.

• Intermediate knowledge of PLC required.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and service bulletins.
• Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager on inventory levels.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Technical Degree.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Desirable: Professional courses in electrical, mechanical, or automation.
• Strong safety and security awareness.
• Team player with customer focus.
• Good decision-making and judgment skills.
• Results-oriented and resourceful.
