Data & Integration Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Data and Integration Architect will play a key role in Signode’s journey of implementing global initiatives regarding master data, analytics, data extraction, and end-to-end integrations with internal and external systems.

In Short

• Define enterprise-level standards, templates, and selection of technology for data integration.
• Create data models and templates for business reporting.
• Coordinate new data developments for consistency.
• Define methodologies for data collection and storage.
• Work with teams to ingest data and create ETL scripts.
• Define facts and dimensions for reporting needs.
• Create reports using PowerBI and SSRS.
• Identify data integrity problems and recommend solutions.
• Lead data cleansing initiatives and define global standards.
• Design and implement integration solutions between systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in data and application roles.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse projects.
• Hands-on experience with databases, ETL tools, and data ingestion.
• Experience in designing data security solutions.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• 5+ years with Azure Synapse and Fabric.
• 5+ years creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Expertise in database design and architecture.
• Understanding of machine learning (ML) is a plus.
