Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at SimplyInsured, you will help eliminate fear in health insurance by providing exceptional service to customers navigating their health insurance options.

In Short

• Assist customers with online insurance shopping and obtaining quotes.
• Resolve administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
• Use phone, chat, and email to communicate with customers.
• Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.

• Must be available for PM shifts from 10am - 6pm MST.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
