As a Power Distribution Make Ready Designer, you will join a supportive team at Sigma Technologies, providing design services to power utility companies.

In Short

• Execute work orders for power distribution infrastructure design.
• Perform Make-Ready/Joint-use and general distribution design.
• Collaborate with teams to solve design process problems.
• Conduct research for permitting and easement duties.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Perform quality control on design work.
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of power utility distribution design experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel overnight if needed.
• Experience with CAD, MicroStation, or related software.
• Knowledge of power distribution construction and planning.
