• Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates across multiple global geographies.
• Identify and engage top tech and non-tech talent.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to define position requirements and search strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies.
• Search traditional and non-traditional sources, such as job boards, lists, search engines, and social media.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
