Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the global solutions area. You will be involved in both pre-sales activities and project management while ensuring successful project completion through effective collaboration and leadership.

In Short

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing project proposals and estimates.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to deliver projects on time.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and processes for project deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to project life-cycle improvement through lessons learned.
• Maintain good communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare project status reports.
• Conduct project post-mortems to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Act as a people manager, participating in hiring and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvements in your Competence Center.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Theoretical background in project management.
• Hands-on experience in project delivery.
• Proven experience in pre-sales and engagement management.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
