Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Lead to spearhead outreach efforts, guide the sales team, and close initial deals for xPay, an all-in-one payment solution for grey area businesses operating in the US.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting niche and grey area businesses in the US.
• Identify, scout, and connect with potential clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives.

• Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market feedback.
