• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation QA testers.
• Oversee team performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Design and maintain an automation testing strategy.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using JMeter.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects.
• Maintain detailed test plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on QA processes.
• Ensure testing strategies in cloud environments.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
• Provide technical guidance to the QA team.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of QA testing experience, with a focus on automation.
• Proficient in automation testing for web and client-server applications.
• Skilled in performance, load, and stress testing with JMeter.
• Strong background in test management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with additional automation tools is preferred.
• Experience in CI/CD environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is beneficial.
