• Coordinate and secure the Finance service of the company.
• Conduct financial analyses and reporting (monthly and quarterly).
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze costs and monitor budget variances.
• Prepare and optimize presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Participate in external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Support financial projects and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Adapt methods, processes, and tools to accompany change.
• Work in a proactive and flexible environment.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or investment management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience with financial ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Autonomous and rigorous with respect for deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Financial certification (CFA Level 1, CIMA) is a plus.
