Intern Assistant Manager – Corporate Private Debt (H/F) – 6-Month Internship - Remote

Overview

The intern will assist the Corporate team at Sienna Investment Managers in analyzing transactions and supporting various financial activities.

In Short

• Assist managers in transaction analysis on existing funds.
• Prepare early bird memos and investment memos.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and ESG teams.
• Support transaction execution with the middle office.
• Assist in the origination of transactions and sector monitoring.
• Participate in the follow-up of portfolio companies.
• Engage in financial analysis and reporting.
• Work autonomously and develop written synthesis skills.
• Fluent in French and English required.
• Internship duration of 6 months.

Requirements

• Master's level student or recent graduate in economics/finance.
• Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
• Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and Access.
• Strong interest in asset management and financial analysis.
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in French and English.
