Intern Assistant Manager – Private Debt Corporate Financing (H/F) – 6 Month Internship - Remote

Overview

The intern will assist the corporate team managers in various responsibilities related to private debt corporate financing.

In Short

• Assist in preparing responses to potential investors for the Hephaïstos fund.
• Gather and format required information in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Verify and update the consistency of responses across Q&A.
• Manage the archiving of all questions and documents communicated to investors.
• Participate in analyzing transactions for existing funds and Hephaïstos.
• Prepare early bird memos summarizing opportunities and compliance checks.
• Contribute to investment memos submission to the committee.
• Work under the supervision of team managers.
• Engage in financial analysis and asset management.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English.

Requirements

• Master's level student or graduate with a specialization in economics/finance.
• Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance-related fields.
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, Access).
• Strong interest in asset management and financial analysis.
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in French and English.
