Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

In Short

• Lead all FP&A operations, including annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with executives to translate strategic priorities into financial outcomes.
• Build and scale reporting tools and dashboards for timely insights.
• Conduct variance analysis and drive actionable recommendations.
• Support IPO readiness by developing financial models and preparing audit materials.
• Evaluate business cases and capital investments with cross-functional teams.
• Drive scenario planning to inform executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Champion process improvements for forecasting accuracy.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in high-growth tech or healthtech.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Expert in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills for scalable reporting.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence.
