Overview

The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the execution and management of email marketing campaigns, utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of audience management and segmentation.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of CRM KPIs.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus: Experience in digital product or eCommerce marketing.
