Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in water resources planning.
  • Proven technical expertise in managing water resources projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel as needed for inspections and meetings.
  • Established relationships with clients or potential clients preferred.
  • Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.
  • Experience in proposal and client management preferred.
