Join SEH as a Water Resources Planner VII, where you will manage and contribute to comprehensive water resources projects that positively impact communities.

In Short

Manage water resources projects and coordinate with project teams.
Contribute to the development and delivery of various water resources projects.
Work on projects such as ecosystem restoration and flood risk management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Mentor and grow staff within the water resources team.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in water resources planning.
Proven expertise in managing water resources projects.
Ability to travel for team meetings and client consultations.
Base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $170,000.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in water resources planning.
Proven technical expertise in managing water resources projects.
Skilled in stakeholder management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel as needed for inspections and meetings.
Established relationships with clients or potential clients preferred.
Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.
Experience in proposal and client management preferred.
