ShipperHQ is seeking a talented customer service-focused Technical Support Engineer who is ready to get their hands dirty, providing live support to clients and users while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In Short

  • Providing live phone, email, and chat support for clients, users, and partners
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Keeping client information organized in CRM
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical support issues
  • Troubleshooting and escalating deeper technical issues
  • Improving processes and documentation
  • 2+ years experience in a Support Engineer or Customer Support role
  • Ability to work to high standards of quality
  • Understanding of software development principles preferred
  • Comfortable in a Command Line Environment
