Overview

As an EDI Integration Specialist I at ShipHero, you will manage the configuration, testing, and support of XML-based integration workflows between our platform and trading partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and support.

In Short

• Own end-to-end configuration and testing of XML integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and SPS Commerce for onboarding.
• Validate XML schemas and ensure defect-free go-lives.
• Lead multiple implementation projects from start to finish.
• Use Postman for API testing and validation.
• Triage production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify automation opportunities for repetitive tasks.
• Maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with XML schemas in integration contexts.
• Experience in client onboarding and translating specs.
• Solid understanding of XML and API testing tools.
• Basic scripting or SQL skills for data verification.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
