  • Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers within the EMEA region.
  • Identify areas for development within correspondence templates to increase data visibility.
  • PMS Implementation, integration, and training (remotely and on-site).
  • PMS Interfaces Implementation.
  • Meeting & Events solution Implementation.
  • Configure the system to meet country-specific legal fiscal requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly.
  • Train staff in the practical use of the software.
  • Report project status and proactively achieve project goals.
  • Internal consultation.

Requirements

  • Hospitality Business background or experience in a similar PMS implementation role.
  • Passion for the Hospitality industry.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner of the company’s IT solutions.
  • Professional attitude and work ethic.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
